RPI Water Polo

The Columbia Encyclopedia, Sixth Edition defines water polo as a swimming game encompassing features of soccer, football, basketball, and hockey.

Well, it's not that easy. It's all of that in a thirteen feet deep pool. The RPI water polo club is a union funded club that offers the opportunity for the RPI community to participate in a great sport regardless of experience. We pratice twice a week, scrimmaging as much as possible. Also, RPI is host to the annual RPI Alumni Tournament each spring. Water polo is a great physical release for all the classroom stress. If you've never played, or if you've played for years, come by and see what we are about.
